No. All products are provided for, and come at an additional cost of £1 per session.
Usually the first session works on getting familiar with the location. It is a time for any weak areas to be identified and different approaches to be found. After expectations are settled, further sessions work on requests of clients. Some sessions can happen without clients- further arrangements can be made.
Items such as a hoover and mop are required before sessions can be started. Due to the logistics of transportation, these items can not be provided by Rengora.
There is no set price per session, however the hourly rate is £15 with an additional product charge of £1. The longest cleaning sessions available are 2.5 hours. Bookings can be made through the 'Bookings' section of the website.
Cancellations must be made no later than a 24 hour period of the appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a charge of the pre-arranged session due to loss of business.
